With 26 years of working in various multinational firms such as P&G Unilever and Deloitte, Johnny Lee’s areas of expertise include information strategy, risks management, intellectual property and sustainability management. For the last 10 years, Johnny has also devoted his time directing various pro-bono management consulting projects which covers strategy, finance, operation, marketing and sales function for start-up companies in various industries.
Johnny is currently the CEO of Korea Social Investment Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides financial services in the social sector. Due to the development of artificial intelligence and globalization, he believes the gap between the rich and the poor is growing at an alarming rate. Contrary to the growing, unified economy; the society is becoming more divided. In this rapid, shifting global environment, Johnny realizes that the public needs a smarter and more efficient social economy sector.
Johnny’s vision is to create a non-profit organization that integrates finance and business consulting, while also focusing on individual capabilities that forms a unified body to overcome current challenges and produce impact in social economy. With his experiences in business innovation, information system strategies, and management consulting at a global consulting firm, Johnny seeks to transform Korea Social Investment Foundation into the non-profit organization of his dream.
