Dear Friends,
Christmas means, Christmas trees, Stars, balloon, bells & decorations, sweets & cakes, presents, few days off work. This is common thinking all over the world but when we think the same in India for most people in the work including Christmas, Christmas is much closer to their everyday life. Their life is mostly plain and frugal, often unstable, even fleeting the literal sense for those refuges, migrants, shelter less, poor and common people who have lost their homeland because of poverty, natural disasters, war or political oppressions. I feel they like to see the Ray of hope in the midst of everyday life, and challenge us to examine our life-style in celebrating the Christmas. I very much hope that we will be in touch in bringing a few changes in this Christmas and coming New Year.
I wish you all a Change Christmas and a Challenging New Year.
