This is Daiki writing.
Today I did a interview to a worker in BPT which was an assignment for this week.
His name was Ty who works in the press office of BPT. He take contacts with many kind of people who works in many press related company and tells about what BPT does and how they operate.
The interesting thing was that he used to work in Microsoft for a while which is of course one of the biggest and famous company in the world. Why did he quit and choose to work in here?
He taught me that the reason why he applied for this company is that he was so impressed with BPT’s mission and principle and their attitude to accomplish their mission. Also he wanted to work in a smaller company so he can have more conversation with each workers.
And what impressed me is that how he tried hard to be hired to this company. He made his own media kit to promote himself to the company and I thought its a good attitude for getting job in place except Japan.
Now he loves his job because he can do journalism related job which he really likes to do. He taught me a lot things about writing and he look so fun talking about his interests. It was a great experience to talk with him and I really felt like I wanna find a work place where I can do what I wanna do, and also a place that I can have good colleagues!
