Hi! I’m Kasumi Ushida.
Here’s my “Today’s Harvests” of Jan. 12th.

この10個の（本当は星の数ほどある）インプットをもとにcome outするものは、まだぼんやり霧の中。
but my mind is so bright!
It’s an honor to be here with YOU ALL here.

1. space
炎が燃えるには、「木」と同じくらい「space」が大事だということ。
あれもこれもと詰め込んで頑張り過ぎたり、人に会いすぎてオーバーキャパシティになると、fire will die.
人は不安だと詰め込むが、本来ある力を信じて待つことも必要。

2. Be authentic!
本当のことを言う。ありのままの姿を大事にする。 alignment を意識。
being formal in not neccesary but listen to our “inner voice”.

3. check-in
朝のチェックイン。 physical-body-spiritを整えること。

4. reimagine
思い込んでいることに対し、改めて想像する。再発見。
日本において震災支援規模は縮小しつつあるけれど、一歩視点を変えて、世界から日本を見ると、まだ“日本の問題”だったり……
視点を変えること。これもspaceからうまれる？

5. story
How important the own story and feeling is.
telling the story is expanding the space.
それぞれの物語を聞いて改めて、who you are の大切さを真の意味で理解した気がする。

6. celebrate mistakes!
タラーン☆

7. big picture makes big result
自分達をminorityと思わない。
影響力を信じること。

8. internal landscape
自分の中からうまれるもの。love and so on.

9. partnership
人に与えるのと同じくらい、パートナー・家族・仲間との関係を育てる

10. sparkling thing…
インスピレーション、シナジー、energy、love… monkeyness!?
自分のワクワク、キラキラを大切にすること。

浮かんでくるのは「五感」という単語。
魂で感じるものが沢山あります！
