Ingredients

Green chiles, asian, hotter the better (1/2 kg)
Mustard Oil (750ml)
Sesame seed, black (200g)
Hemp seed (100g)
Coriander powder (2 tsp)
Cumin powder (2 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Citrus (lime/lemon)

Stem and halve chile
deep fry in mustard oil until crispy
strain
mix together with powder
