Stacey is the Relationship Manager for iLEAP where she facilitates experiences for program participants and partners by coordinating homestay connections, planning events, and cultivating relationships.
Before joining iLEAP, Stacey worked as a designer and strategist for Microsoft, Wongdoody, and the YWCA, ultimately transitioning into design project and program management. She has a long background in customer relations through her client work as well as over fifteen years of hospitality and customer service experience. From this experience she brings to iLEAP a joy for creating memorable moments and genuine connections.
In addition to working with iLEAP, Stacey owns and operates a small business continuing her work in design with a focus on modern calligraphy and hand painted signage. She serves on the Advisory Board for Rora.io, a venture design practice that creates strategic plans for small enterprises with goals of social good, in order to launch them into the next phase of their development. She is also the Operations Manager for Love Letter Games, a Seattle-based independent video game company that develops games to spark imagination and create a community with real life sentiment.
Stacey has lived and worked in Asia and Oceania but is a true Northwest native — born & raised in Issaquah and a University of Washington alum. She currently calls Ballard home, with her two dogs and partner, Blake.
