Self-Awareness and inclusion to create a positive future

Society has changed drastically over the last 100 years. Applying leadership methods from the past is no longer effective. We must adapt to the realities of the connected and digital world to create meaningful change. You must learn a new way of leading. A more inclusive way of communicating, not just with those we know, but also those we have yet to meet. Using the wrong tools to build relationships, to lead groups, to navigate an interconnected world, invites conflict and misunderstanding. Without change, we will continue to see profound negative effects on our lives and our world.

Global Pluralism in Practice will help you gain the perspective to better understand yourself and the world. You’ll explore the framework and tools needed to tackle the challenging issues we face today. You’ll practice applying these tools to navigate the highly polarized situations facing leaders right now. Discovering how to best use your unique talents and values. You’ll see how you’re a critical part of moving society forward.

Global perspective with personalized attention

At iLEAP, we’re dedicated to creating a positive learning community. That’s why we limit enrollment for every course. You’ll work in small groups, able to engage fully and learn from your peers. Our instructors are dedicated to your success. You’ll get focused individual attention when you need it.

Be the antidote to forces dividing the world

Deepen your understanding of the issues, yourself, and what it takes to be a global leader. If you want to gain the skills needed to challenge inequality…if you desire a more inclusive world…if you’re committed to change, then let Global Pluralism in Practice help you transcend borders, becoming the leader the world needs now.
