Vice-President of Programs

Kei is the Vice-President of Programs at iLEAP where she oversees and develops all iLEAP program related activities to ensure that participants and partners have the best experience possible.

Kei has always been passionate about supporting people to realize their inner resourcefulness and this mission has been a thread throughout her career in the field of education. Prior to iLEAP, Kei worked at several community colleges in the managing and facilitating multiple exchange programs and leadership programs for international students and scholars. Before she moved to the US, she managed and developed international education classes for adult learners in Japan. Her love for personal growth and development is reflected in her work at iLEAP, where she brings two decades of management experience creating nurturing learning environments for program participants and the people around her.

In addition to her work at iLEAP, Kei writes articles on self development and provides coaching to those who wish to live a more fulfilling life, and she has been creating a tight-knit community of Japanese women with international experience.

Kei holds an MA in International Education with a focus in advising international students from the School for International Training in Brattleboro, VT and a BA in Humanities from Japan Women’s University.
